Call for Contributions
Aims & Scope
The first and only fortnightly publication on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, agriculture, healthcare & nutrition in Asia Pacific region. Asia Pacific Biotech News (APBN) is read by pharmaceutical and healthcare professionals, investors, academic researchers and government bodies worldwide.
Guidelines for Authors
- Submission must be on the proposed topic and the articles must be informative, not "promotional".
- Recommended topics and article length. (See Appendix A for details)

- Deadline: at least two weeks prior to publication date.
- Brief biographical paragraph should be included at the end of each article about the author and/or organization, in addition to contact details (author’s mailing address, email, phone and fax numbers).
- Colored photos/illustrations should be submitted in either tiff or jpeg format (300 dpi). For both cases, the figures should not be less than 10 cm in width. All figures will be printed in black and white only.
- Language: American English. Style: semi-popular to popular level.
- For research articles, authors are refrained from writing heavily footnoted pieces, as the readership include the lay public.
- For online submission please access www.asiabiotech.com.
- All articles submitted are subjected to editorial approval.
- Authors will be given two complimentary copies of the APBN issue. They are eligible to purchase further copies of the issue at 30% discount.
- Authors/organizations agree to submit only original articles and give permission for the articles to be placed on APBN http://www.asiabiotech.com.
- Authors should obtain written permission for use of any literary or illustration material for which rights are held by others.
- Copyrights for published articles will be vested in the KH Biotech but an author may make an article published by KH Biotech available on a personal home page provided the source of the published article is cited and KH Biotech is mentioned as copyright holder. Authors are requested to create a link to the published article in APBN’s web site.
